Planning Central is a planning consultancy specialising in resource management, resource consents and planning policy.

We can assist you with all aspects of planning and resource management, no matter how small or large the project.

We have extensive experience with all types of resource consents, including land use, subdivision, coastal and other regional consents. We aim to use our skills and knowledge and our relationship with Council to make the process as straight forward and as cost effective for you as possible.

ABOUT

Dominique Cornford is a Chartered Town Planner who has worked in the UK and New Zealand, with over 17 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors.

Dominique has specialised in the acquisition of land use and subdivision resource consents for a variety of projects, including residential and commercial ventures across the North Island.

Her areas of expertise includes the provision of planning and design advice to developers and other specialists working on resource consent applications, project research, preparation and presentation of evidence for Council hearings, attendance at Council committees, consultation and negotiation with local authorities, and other interested parties.

Dominique holds full membership of the NZPI and a member of the RMLA.
